Terms and Conditions for Overnight Summer Camp

Payment of Fees:

- A $150 nonrefundable deposit (down payment) is required at the time of registration.

- As of April 1st, all registrations are final, and cancellations are no longer possible.

- Remaining  Camp tuition is due in full by May 1st.

- Registrations made after May 1st require full tuition payment within 24h through Venmo to avoid a 4% service fee.

- If payments are not received by due date, we will automatically charge the card on file

 

Cancellations Policy:

- Cancellations made before April 1st, will receive a refund for any tuition paid, less the $150 non refundable deposit

- All registrations are final 

 

Payment Methods and Service Fees:

Debit/Credit Cards: 

- A debit or credit card has to be put on file during registration. 

- Charges to  this debit or credit card will incur a 4% service fee. 

- By submitting your registration, you authorize these charges and agree to this fee. 

- To avoid the service fee, payments can be made via other methods mentioned below before the due date. 

- If payments are not made by the due date, the card on file will automatically be charged, including the 4% service fee.

- A $50 administration fee applies to failed card transactions. Any failed transaction must be resolved within 24 hours, including the service and administration fee.

 

Venmo Payments:

- Payments have to be sent to @Ashley-Terebayza (#5055)

- To avoid the 4% service fee, the down payment must be sent within 24 hours using Venmo's "Friends and Family" option. If "Turn on for purchases and get full refund" is selected, you will be charged Venmo’s processing fee plus the 4% service fee to recover the additional costs.  

- Remaining tuition can also be paid via Venmo but must be submitted latest on due date.

 

Check Payments:

- Checks must be payable to Stefanie Terebayza. Checks made out to "Pony Gang Horse Crazy Camp" or "Pony Gang Equestrian Services" will be voided and returned.

- Ensure checks are sent in advance to clear by the due date. Checks received after the due date will be voided and returned.

- A $50 service fee applies to returned checks.

 

Refunds, Chargebacks, and Disputes:

There are no refunds, chargebacks, or credit card disputes allowed for any reason besides mentioned in our terms and conditions . Any disputes or chargebacks will result in the recovery of all associated fees (including court fees)  plus a $150 administration fee.

 

Changing Camp weeks:

Should you request the change of your camp week after registration, your camp account will be charged with a $30 administration fee. 

 

Airport Transfers

We provide airport pickup and drop-off services from the following airports:

Columbia, SC: $100 per transfer (to/from the airport).

Charlotte, NC: $200 per transfer (to/from the airport).

Schedule:

Pickup times: Sundays between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM.

Drop-off times: Saturdays between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

Please ensure your child's flight is scheduled within these timeframes.

Additional Notes:

Our staff has to personally pick up your child at the gate upon arrival and remain with them at the airport until their plane has departed during drop-off. Considering travel times (4-6 hours round trip per transfer) and current gas prices, we have adjusted our transfer fees accordingly.

 

Cancellation Policy

- Deposits/Down payments are nonrefundable and nontransferable for any reason.

- Camp tuition fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable after April 1. If unpaid at the time of cancellation, the balance will be charged to the card on file.

- We recommend purchasing travel interruption insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or injury.

 

Behavior and Participation 

Campers violating camp rules, using drugs or alcohol, or exhibiting disruptive behavior may be expelled without a refund. Parents must remove their child upon notification.

 

Parent and Camper Agreement

- Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Richland County, South Carolina.

- You release Pony Gang Horse Crazy Camp, Pony Gang Equestrian Services, and their staff from liability for injuries or damages incurred during participation in camp activities.

- Photos of campers may be used for promotional purposes.

 

Campers must have medical insurance to participate in camp activities. Campers without insurance cannot attend, but camp tuition remains due.
